Take note of all the things in this softcover notebook celebrating your favorite sweet treat. The soft cover and single signature binding allow for this notebook to open flat for ease writing regardless of whether right handed, left handed, or ambidextrous.

Notebook is hand sewn using a 5-hole pamphlet stitch and unbleached & undyed waxed cotton thread. Covers are made from chocolate brown Canson paper. The text “Chocolate” is printed in dark brown rubber based ink from a vintage magnesium die. Notebook contains 80 pages of natural white Mohawk Via paper and opens to 11 1/2 x 8 1/2in.
